Feet on the Go is a mobile nursing foot care service run by Kelly Ferreira, RPN, serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Woodstock and Ayr, Ontario. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. It covers feetonthego.com only. Health records from your foot care visits are kept separately and are not covered here.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in the message. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, an email form service. We use these details to reply to you and to book appointments.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. It uses cookies to record things like the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We do not use it for advertising.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which receives your IP address when your browser loads the site. It needs this to deliver the pages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services named above so the site can run, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to reply to you and keep track of appointments.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call us at 519-654-6363 or use the contact form.
